French Toast in Revolt

Don't ask about the title. Just finished watching Youth In Revolt and it seemed fitting.
Tonight's Late Night Breakfast consists of traditional French Toast.
Instead of traditional white bread, we currently have Italian white bread. It's a little bit saltier and I never made French Toast with it before but it seems safe enough.
Let's get on with the recipe shall we?
8 slices bread
1/2 cup milk (or 1 cup half and half)
3 eggs
2 Tablespoons honey (warmed in microwave)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Butter
Cinnamon

In medium size bowl whisk together the eggs, honey, vanilla, milk and salt. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Dip each piece of bread into egg mixture, coating each side for a few seconds and set aside on a cookie sheet for a minute or two before cooking. Melt butter in pan and cook 2 slices at a time for 2-3 minutes on each side, or till golden brown. Dust very lightly with cinnamon.
Serve warm with syrup, whipped cream or fruit. Enjoy!
Let me know how this recipe turns out for you, or share your own version of French Toast :)

Injustice

This has nothing to do with late night or breakfast or late night breakfast, but it's going on here anyways.
Have you ever had an experience where an injustice was being done to a friend?
And there was nothing you could do about it?
It's frustrating to say the least.
I am partially speechless at the moment so I'm not going to go into detail on this but I will say that it angers me to see true hard work and dedication be replaced by favoritism and rank.
I could rant on and on about this, but that won't change anything.
I want to know about your experience with injustice.

Tell Me What You Think

So I thought I had this great idea. An original one.
Well...no idea is original anymore.
I wanted to make a new website titled "Midnight Breakfast".
This came after a status update I made on facebook one night.
I had a craving for pancakes even though it was midnight.
After deciding to cook up some delicious golden cakes swimming in gooey pools of sweet syrup, I posted a comment mentioning what I made and commented that "Midnight breakfast is the best."
On the website I would blog every Friday after midnight of what I had made, the recipe for it, and perhaps some pictures. (Because I just can't see myself making breakfast at midnight every day).
Other people could comment on what they had made, post up pics or comment on the recipes they had tried.
Apparently, the "Midnight Breakfast" is a common occurrence at Universities where a communal meal is served at a late hour during finals time.
So, the question is, should I still make my website?
I would make a facebook page for it, but Midnight Breakfast is already taken.
What do you think?
